Legend Plates

Indicator plates are an integral part of a rotary switch application. They provide a clear and precise method of indicating which position the switch is in, and the function that position performs.

We offer either a simple single piece legend for single hole mounting switches or a two part moulded assembly for normal panel mounting devices. There are a selection of standard printed legends, however the '/S' options allow the plates to be specially engraved to the customers precise requirements. To assist in the layout of specially engraved plates, the following datasheet download includes full size templates on which the customer can add their requirements and return a copy to C&D.
