Real life end user experience:
C&D recently supplied a number of Hinged Door Switch Disconnectors from the i-switch range to 'Integrated Electrical Engineering Ltd', a well respected specialist in electrical installation services based in Loughborough. Integrated Electrical pride themselves in delivering the highest standard of products and service, and the Craig and Derricott range of IP41/65 Hinged Door Switch Disconnectors certainly matched their expectations.
Danny Healy, Projects Manager (Pictured left) from integrated Electrical discusses the ease of installation and other benefits the range provides; 'The Hinged door model is a robust unit which looks extremely clean, and has an easy to use and lockable handle; to access the unit the isolator has to be switched off and a key is required to unlock the door making it very secure. In terms of installation, the unit was easy to mount, with securing holes located for simple access for any tools required secure the unit to any type of face work. The units have the right amount of capacity inside them to allow terminating of the cable cores with ease. We have been using this product on all of our jobs because of the room inside and their design. We would recommend the different types of Craig and Derricott isolators from small to large to other contractors and clients who want a good quality product that's easy to install'.
